At Hommes + gardens, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality, and one-of-a-kind products with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Returns Eligibility:

  1. You may request a return for eligible non-plant items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will either approve or not approve the return based on #2 on returns eligibility.

  3. Shipping the Return: the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure successful & safe return delivery.

Store Credit:

  1. We offer store credit for approved and eligible returns, which can be used for future purchases or services at hommes + gardens.

  2. The store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm its eligibility.

Exclusions:

  1. Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective non-plant item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing:

  1. We do not offer refunds for non-plant items. Store credit will be provided for eligible returns.

  2. Store credit will be processed within 5 business days after the successful inspection, approval, and confirmation of the items return.

Non-Transferable:

  1. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for purchases or credited services at hommes + gardens.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Any item returned that does not meet our eligibility criteria will not receive store credit and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  4. Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day period, providing clear photos and a description of the plant's condition.

  5. Refunds/Replacements: If your plant is deemed unhealthy due to factors beyond your control, we will offer a store credit refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or return delivery cost. We recommend using a shipping method or if local, contacting us for a pick-up that ensures the plant's safe return.

  7. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the successful inspection, approval, and confirmation of the plant's return.

  • We do not accept returns based on personal preferences or changes of heart after purchase.

  • Any attempt to return a healthy plant as unhealthy may result in the denial of the return request.
